Our MISSION. To effectively
and efficiently contribute to the humane care and treatment of all
animals prior, during and after a community disaster event. We help in
natural and man-made events around the nation. We help all
communities: rural and urban.
Our GOALS. To continually
increase and expand new and positive programs in our four services
(mitigation, preparedness, response, recovery) to help all
animals prior, during and after community disaster events.
WHY. We realized that
many problems exist prior and
after disaster events and we wanted to ensure that these problems
consistently decrease for all animals and owners, in all future disaster events.
Our OATH. To provide superior
services under the Emergency Management protocols, policies (NRP, NPG, NIMS,
ICS, and various others) and procedures (Search and Rescue, etc.) in collaboration with following the
rules and procedures under the Animal Welfare Act and Pet Evacuation &
