Coalition For Animal Response and Rescue, Missouri, also doing business as: CARRMISSOURI® is a IRS 501(c)3 non-profit incorporated 100% volunteer ran organization.  We are proud to be licensed and registered in the State of Missouri.      We Are Emergency Management Specialists - For Animals.

Our Mission Is To Help All Animals Prior, During and After A Community Disaster/Crisis Event.   Examples of some programs are Operation Revolution which helps rural shelters and rural veterinarians.  During activates our team of responders to help with disaster/crisis events.  After includes helping communities and shelters develop Emergency Operating Plans and Business Continuity Plans that incorporate animals.
